My favorite event in History to learn about is the Great Depression. This is because I love learning about the sudden market crash and why and how it happened. I am also always astonished when I learn how everybody was prosperous and then how, on one day, everybody lost everything they had.

My favorite event in American history is the the Battle of Normandy, other known as the Invasion of Narmandy, "D-day". I decided to choose this event in history becuase it is considered one of the pivitol points in World War II. The woman's suffrage movement was my favorite event in american history. The woman involved in the movement was detrmined to get rights for their gender. They felt that woman weren't treated equal to men.

My favorite event in history, even though it was bad, was 9/11. It's my favorite, because it showed what being brave and having courage is. That was shown by all the men and women that lost thier lives that day.
